PCB participants are offered a preliminary Technical Assignment (Approx. 1 to the Notice) for familiarization.

Local estimates will be submitted by the Customer at the opening of the procurement procedure.

IMPORTANT: The puncture method is not included in the Project Documentation.
Procedural participants will need to bring local estimates to conformity (change). In the future, perform the work of the gasket by puncture method.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
