Ranking of bids

Comments:
Work according "Regulations for industrial safety of hazardous production facilities where the equipment operating under excessive pressure" (Rostekhnadzor Order from 25.03.2014 №116 with the changes in the 12 December 2017.).
Cylinders should be sent for technical examination, unless they have:
- past and approached the survey period;
- Leakage of the welds;
- failure of the valve;
- unsatisfactory color outer surface (violation of refinishing over 10% of the total surface area)
(P.500 PNP EPR).
Technical inspection of containers can be carried out at filling stations and test points if they have production premises, the necessary equipment, qualified staff, and registered the mark with a corresponding cipher (p.p.486, 487).
