Counterparty requirements:
- willingness to start work before the conclusion of the contract;
- the presence of a license or SRO for the implementation of the relevant types of work and services;
- experience in the performance of road (asphalt concrete, concrete) works;
- trained and certified personnel;
- own material and technical base;
- a guarantee of at least 5 years (for materials and equipment not less than the manufacturer’s term).
