Prequalification selection of potential suppliers to participate in the tender for a full technical inspection of racks at the customer's facilities of Lenta LLC located throughout Russia.

By confirming your participation, you agree to the terms of cooperation with LENTA.
This Bidding procedure is not an auction or tender, does not fall under Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
Your prequalification documentation must contain:
-Template #1 Counterparty card
• In excel format
• In pdf format, certified by the seal and signature of the supervisor
-Template No. 2 Commercial Proposal Submission form
• It is allowed to provide Commercial Proposals only for those TC and RC where the Bidder Company is ready to perform the necessary work.
• The remaining lines in the form do not need to be filled in and deleted, in order to facilitate the processing of data in the Summary Table when reviewing the results.
• In excel format
• In pdf format, certified by the seal and signature of the supervisor
-Template No. 3 Reference list (it is necessary to indicate your recent customers in it)
• In pdf format, certified by the seal and signature of the supervisor
-Template #4 Confirmation letter on the official letterhead of your company (in free form):
• In pdf format, stamped and signed by the head
In this letter, I ask you to confirm compliance with the following requirements:
• Conclude a framework agreement without a protocol of disagreement;
• Sign a non-disclosure agreement without a protocol of disagreement;
• Sign an agreement on assurances without a protocol of disagreement;
• Work on a 100% postpaid basis for 60 calendar days;
• Confirm readiness to fulfill the Requirements Specification of the TAPE in full / or specify exactly which objects.(list the TC numbers where you are ready to provide services according to the Requirements Specification)
