Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Comments:
1. Having a positive experience of implementing the relevant project works on the objects (at least three), corresponding to said in this specification for the design.
2. Sufficient material and human resources to do the job.
3. Employ at least one employee who has a certificate from the manufacturer of software and hardware for the right administration and setup (OOO "Prosoft-Systems" PTC "orb"), as well as the experience of setting up and configuring the remote control systems on the basis of the OIC "Manager" ( NGO "interface" Ekaterinburg);
4. Contractor employees must have a qualification group on electrical required for specific types of work.
