- A statement of compliance with the Qualification Requirements (completed, scan in PDF and EXCEL format), as well as ALL the documents specified in the qualification requirements.
Requirements for electronic copies of documents:
Each electronic document must be:
Easy to read;
- saved to a separate file, while the document containing one page is saved into a separate file, and the document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file, for example: The charter must not be scanned as separate pages, but into one file (PDF file in black and white);
Have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
When answering this request, the subject of the letter should include "Organization Name / Event Name (briefly)"
