Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

An application for participation in the trading procedure at TP B2B-Center must be submitted indicating the rate in rubles for 1 TS VAT 0%, while, without fail, applying a quotation indicating the rate in the form of Appendix KP 1.
The form of the commercial offer is given in Appendix KP 1 to this commercial request. Applications submitted to TP B2B-Center without a commercial proposal completed in the form (Appendix KP 1) will not be taken into account.
