Payment terms:Payment terms: 100% repayment of the debt within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the technical act of commissioning.
Delivery terms:Delivery time July-August 2023. Delivery of Goods, dismantling of a failed chiller, installation of a new one and commissioning are carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier, included in the cost of the supplied equipment. The Contract is concluded in the wording of the Customer's draft, correction of the points of the draft Contract is not allowed. Uploading documentation to the application according to the attachment "Requirements for documents" and the commercial offer is mandatory. Consideration of alternative applications is possible.
