Payment terms: 100% repayment of the debt within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the technical act of commissioning.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time 2-3 q. 2024. Delivery of Goods, dismantling of out-of-order fan coils, installation of new ones and commissioning is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier, is included in the cost of the supplied equipment. The Contract is concluded in the wording of the Customer's project, the adjustment of the points of the draft Contract is not allowed. Uploading documentation to the bid according to the attachment "Document Requirements" and the commercial offer is mandatory.
Before exhibiting a Commercial Proposal, it is necessary for a specialist Contractor to arrive at the place of work in order to clarify the scope and cost of the work. Commercial Proposals submitted without prior departure of a specialist to the site will not be considered.
