The subject of prequalification is the fulfillment of a full complex of works and services on Restoration (reissue) of working and project documentation on objects of PJSC "VimpelCom", including objects of capital construction, in the territory of the Russian Federation, in accordance with List (but not limited to):
- Conducting pre-project surveys. Including departure on object, carrying out of natural examination of object;

Comments: Geography of work execution: Forecast territory performance of Works is presented in file 04 geography. xlsx. The entire scope of work will be divided into lots on a territorial basis.
Participants can submit documents both on one lot, and on several lots simultaneously. Qualification requirements and block factors for participants will be forwarded to the declared organizations by the next stage.
For the passage of Stage 1 it is necessary to send the following documents to the e-mail address Tenders_IDzantiev@beeline.ru no later than March 05, 2019 (in the subject of the letter should be specified "name of the participant/prequalification of PIR for 2019-2020 years"). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (in case of necessity it is possible to send several letters or several volumes of one archive). The name of each file should indicate its contents.
Documents for the passage of stage 1_ (reference to the documentation package):
1. Fill in the form of the participant by providing in PDF format (scanned with signature);
2. Fill in Annex 1 member details by submitting in Excel format;
3. Fill in the Appendix 2. Financial analysis by presenting in Excel and PDF format;
4. Fill in the "Geography" file, specifying the regions in which your organization plans to participate in the qualification (in Excel format);
5. Complete the negotiation agreement in PDF format.
You must also provide the following documents:
• Extract from the Egrul dated 2019;
• Current wording of the Charter with current changes;
• A power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the Organization;
• Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
• Certificate of entry into the Egrul;
• The balance sheet (for 2017 and 2018, not less than 2 quarters) or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activities of the Organization, please provide for closed periods of the current year, as well as a report at the end of previous periods ( Maximum of 3 years);
• Income statement for the last two reporting years.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• The participant must ensure that each scanned document is readable;
• Each scanned document must be saved to a separate file, and a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing multiple pages and applications must also be grouped into a single file, for example: The Charter should be scanned not by separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
• Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
