The subject of the purchase is the provision of services for the transportation of goods in the volumes and routes indicated in the table below. Cargo refers to raw materials, materials and components for the production of agricultural machinery and spare parts. The total volume of transportation is approximate and can be adjusted based on the actual implementation of the production plan. Transportation is carried out at the request of the Customer by standard tilt eurotrucks providing a carrying capacity of 20 tons and a transportation volume of 86 m3. Comments: Special conditions:

Requirements for the carrier:
The carrier must meet the following requirements for the carrier:
- Provide the Customer with a certificate confirming the state registration of the owner of vehicles in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- Provide the Customer with a vehicle passport, or, in its absence, another document confirming the right to own a vehicle;
- Confirm to the Customer the presence of a fleet of vehicles owned by the Carrier on the right of ownership (or in a long-term lease), in the amount of at least 5 units that meet the requirements of the Customer;
- Ensure the implementation of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 08.11.2007. № 259-FZ "Charter of road transport and urban land electric transport", Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 10.12.1995. №196-ФЗ "On road safety", the Rules for the carriage of goods by road, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 15.04.2011. No. 272, as well as meet the requirements established by clause 31 of the Rules, namely: the availability of conditions for passing daily monitoring of the technical condition of the vehicle before leaving the line and upon returning to the parking lot, the availability of conditions for passing a pre-trip medical examination of drivers, the availability of conditions for ensuring protection of vehicles, to exclude the possibility of their unauthorized use by drivers and (or) unauthorized persons.
Requirements for the provided transport:
Motor vehicles involved in transportation must meet the following requirements:
- equipping the vehicle with a set of onboard navigation and communication equipment operating in the GLONASS / GPS system
- compliance of the technical condition and equipment of vehicles with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, rules, standards and technical norms in the field of road safety in the Russian Federation;
- have the ability to load side, rear, top loads;
- Transportation by vehicles with an environmental class of at least 4.
The average age of the vehicle fleet is 3-5 years;
Requirements for the liability of the customer and the carrier.
- The carrier assumes full financial responsibility for the transported goods, as well as financial responsibility for possible losses of the plant in case of disruption of the cargo transportation schedules.
- The carrier assumes full financial responsibility for the actions of drivers when they are on the territory of the Customer, incl. for damage to elements of factory structures and communications, for harm caused to the health of the Customer's employees;
- The Customer does not accept fines for excess idle time of the Carrier's vehicles under loading and unloading, as well as possible losses of the Carrier.
