The appearance, approximate dimensions and photos of the furniture are given in the request for a Technical and Commercial Proposal. The offered furniture is MANDATORY!!! must match the photos in the request

Comments: The Commercial Proposal must match the request. 12 (twelve) items of furniture are purchased. The number of pieces for each item is specified in the request. Attach photos of furniture items to the request and send samples of fabric and countertops to the customer. Proposals will not be considered without photos and samples. The upholstery fabric must be durable vandal-proof, at least 50,000 abrasion cycles, cleaned. The materials, the color of the countertops, the fabric and the color of the upholstery are agreed with the Customer. The cost is limited by budget.
If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached Technical and Commercial Proposal and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the Technical and Commercial Proposal will be rejected.
In case of providing false information, a potential supplier may be suspended from participation in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an Agreement may be terminated.
The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as to accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as to reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as to cancel the Call for Bidding at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.
