Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Settlements under the agreement are made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the Supplier’s settlement account, within 35 (thirty five) business days after the Buyer accepts the delivered goods on the basis of the following documents:
- the consignment note form TORG-12 signed by the Parties (Universal Transmission Document - hereinafter referred to as UPD);
- invoices drawn up in accordance with the requirements stipulated by the legislation on taxes and fees;
- payment invoice received by the Buyer.
If the Goods do not comply with the terms of this Agreement, the Supplier does not provide any of the above documents and / or there is incomplete or inaccurate information in them, the Buyer has the right to refuse to pay until the Supplier has identified the deficiencies, which he must inform the Supplier in writing by e-mail.
Delivery terms:In accordance with annexes No. 3 and No. 4 to the procurement documentation.
