Comments: Delivery of equipment to and from the facility is carried out by the "Contractor" at the expense of the "Customer". To participate you need: 1) It is obligatory to pass the prequalification selection (PQS) of RTI LLC at the link: https://www.b2b-center.ru/market/view.html?id=2615991. 2) Attach the completed specification (TOR) and commercial proposal in 2 formats: editable (excel, word) and PDF on the letterhead of the organization with a signature and seal. Commercial proposal must contain prescribed information about the cost of services with VAT, payment terms (post-payment), terms of replacement of faulty equipment. 3) When changing the data in your original commercial proposal (during the auction), it is MANDATORY to download the current commercial proposal form corresponding to the final data. Otherwise, the amounts from the uploaded signed commercial proposal will be taken into account. 4) MANDATORY attach as attachments to the commercial proposal: 4.1. organization card; 4.2. certificates of registration of equipment in ROSTEKHNADZOR 5) The contract is concluded only in the form of the Customer 6) Requirements for employees working at the facility - Citizens of the EAEU member states (with registration or patents for work). 7) Requirements for equipment and aerial platforms - registration with ROSTEKHNADZOR 8) Requirements for drivers - for drivers of lifting mechanisms, certificates permitting work on these mechanisms.
