Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the Services is made by the CUSTOMER within 30 (thirty) calendar days, from the date of receipt from the CONTRACTOR to the CUSTOMER of documents for payment and documents confirming the fulfillment of the CONTRACTOR's obligations (subject to compliance with the requirements for their design established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract).
If the CONTRACTOR refers to small and medium-sized businesses, then the term of payment for the Services under the contract concluded as a result of the purchase with the small and medium-sized business is no more than 15 working days from the date the CUSTOMER signs the document on the acceptance of the Services under the contract. There is no advance payment.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
