Payment terms:Within 20 calendar days after the signing of the Act of acceptance and transfer and invoice or UPD by both parties.
Delivery terms:Provision of certificates no later than 8 weeks from the date of signing the contract.
Payment is made upon the provision and activation of the certificates provided by the customer's representative with a deferred payment of 20 calendar days in rubles at the exchange rate to the currency of the contract established by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of shipment of the goods.
