Comments:
Гостиничные номера должны находиться в одном здании. В гостиничных номерах должно быть в наличии: центральное отопление, сети электроснабжения, горячее и холодное водоснабжение. Гостиница должна соответствовать требованиям пожарной безопасности (в номерах должны быть противопожарная система и детекторы дыма) и санитарно-гигиеническим нормам. Необходимо наличие охраны и контроля посещения здания. К гостинице должна быть возможность подъезда и возможность парковки автотранспорта на безвозмездной основе.
Требования к гостиничному обслуживанию: ежедневная уборка, для всех проживающих, смена белья, полотенец, бронирование гостиницы.
