| Payment terms: | The Customer pays the cost of information services on a monthly basis by bank transfer by transferring money to the Contractor’s current account within 45 (forty five) calendar days (for SMEs within 15 (fifteen) business days) after the Customer accepts the services / work and signs the acceptance certificate - delivery of services / work and receipt of an invoice for payment, invoices from the Contractor (subject to compliance with the design established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Agreement). |
