Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
Covered wagons of a specific model must be provided for the 4th quarter of 2020: 11-9962, 11-1807-01 or 11-7038 for the subclient of Keramax LLC (loading, acceptance and registration of the car for transportation by Keramax LLC).
An application for participation in the trading procedure on the B2b TP must be submitted with an indication of the rate in rubles in the form of commercial proposal.
The commercial proposal form is given in the Appendix to this commercial request.

Applications without a commercial proposal filled out according to the form (Appendix 1), as well as Applications submitted outside of the B2B TP will not be accepted for consideration.

A prerequisite is a moratorium on imposing fines for excess idle time of wagons.

For new contractors, it is mandatory to attach to the commercial offer:
1. Charter
2. Registration certificate
3. Tax Registration Certificate
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (not older than 30 days)
5. Memorandum of Association (if any)
6. Minutes (extract) of the general meeting on the election of the CEO, the Order on taking office
7. Power of attorney (if the signatory is not the CEO)
