Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:The work performed is payable by the Customer no later than 35 (thirty five) business days after the Customer accepts the result of the work on the basis of the following circumstances and documents:
- Invoice issued by the Contractor for payment;
- The Act of Acceptance of Works signed by the Parties;
- Invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation on taxes and fees.

Remuneration shall be paid by the Sublicensee within 35 (thirty five) business days from the date of transfer of the right to use the software to the Sublicensee according to the act of acceptance of the right to use the software on the basis of the invoice received by the Sublicensee for payment.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the statement of work (Appendix No. 3 to the procurement documentation), procurement documentation, appendices to the procurement documentation.
