Payment terms:
The license fee is paid: at a time with a deferred payment of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of actual signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance and transfer of rights. In the event that the contract is concluded with the SMEs, the license fee shall be paid at a time not exceeding 15 working days from the date of fulfillment of obligations under the contract, on the basis of the invoice issued and the Act of Acceptance and Transfer of Rights signed by the Parties.
Services are paid on the basis of the invoice issued by the Licensee, the invoice and the Act of Services rendered by the parties.
All settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Licensor’s bank account or in other ways that do not contradict the laws of the Russian Federation. The obligations of the Licensee to pay (in the case of payment in cash) are deemed fulfilled at the time of debiting the funds from the current account of the Licensee.
Delivery terms:
Scope of work: in accordance with the statement of work (Appendix No. 1 to the documentation)
Deadline: from the moment of signing the contract on December 31, 2020 and in accordance with the statement of work (Appendix No. 1 to the documentation)
