and selected the winner: SYSSOFT LLC – (Bidder 2) (Тикуркин М.А.) submitting a bid dated of 11.08.2017 02:11 totalling to 1 992,90 USD (VAT free)
Обоснование: Котировочная заявка Участника Запроса котировок ООО «СОФТЛИСТ» не соответствует требованиям Документации, а именно не предоставлены документы, определенные в п. 3.5. Информационной карты:
- копия решения об одобрении или о совершении крупной сделки /сделки с заинтересованностью (п. 2.3.6. части 1 Документации);
- копии документов, подтверждающих наличие опыта оказания аналогичных услуг (выполнения аналогичных работ, предоставления прав на Программы для ЭВМ) не менее одного года - для юридического лица, индивидуального предпринимателя, физического лица (справка Участника по заключенным договорам с аналогичным предметом закупки);
- копии документов, подтверждающих наличие у Участника документально оформленного подтверждения от Правообладателя или от официального дистрибьютера Программы для ЭВМ компании Tenable Network Security, Inc. прав на предоставление неисключительных прав на Программы для ЭВМ (документы, подтверждающие полномочия и права Лицензиата: письмо или сертификат, договор, выписка из договора и т.п.).
Согласно п. 12.7.3.1. Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг ООО «МПК» от 10.03.2016 г. (с изменениями от 31.05.2017 г.) Котировочная заявка будет отклонена от оценки и сопоставления в случае непредставления оригиналов и копий документов, а также иных сведений, требования о наличии которых установлено Документацией о проведении Запроса котировок.
Принято решение:
Допустить заявки Участников Запроса котировок ООО «Системный Софт» и ООО «СКАЙСОФТ ВИКТОРИ».
Отклонить заявку Участника ООО «СОФТЛИСТ».
