Comments:
It is necessary to provide gondola cars for Rimera-Service LLC in March 2020 (loading, acceptance and registration of a car for transportation by Rimera-Service LLC) from the station Noyabrsk 1 SVR railway at Neftekamsk GOR railway station in the amount of 14 wagons (840 tons).
An application for participation in the trading procedure for B2b TP must be submitted indicating the rate in rubles in the form of KP.
The form of the commercial offer is given in the Appendix to this commercial request. Applications submitted to B2b-Center TP without a commercial offer completed in the form will not be taken into account.
For new contractors, the offer must include:
1. Charter
2. Registration certificate
3. Certificate of tax registration
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (not older than 30 days)
5. Memorandum of Association (if any)
6. Minutes (extract) of the general meeting on the election of the EIO, Order on taking office
7. Power of attorney (if the signatory is not the CEO)
8. Annual financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, certificate of acceptance of documents by the tax authority)
