Comments: It is necessary to indicate the rate of providing gondola cars * for PJSC "ChTPZ" in the 3rd quarter of 2020 (loading and registration of a car for transportation by PJSC "ChTPZ" / JSC "PNTZ") to the Crimean railway. (all stations)
Commercial proposal template is provided in Attachment 1 to this RFP.
Applications without a commercial proposal filled in according to the form (Appendix 1), as well as Applications submitted outside of the B2B TP will not be accepted for consideration.
A prerequisite is a moratorium on fines for excess idle time of wagons.

The calculation of rates for the provision of rolling stock is carried out according to the following formulas:

Tsobstv p. - Tariff of own fleet from Rail tarif, rub.
An application for participation in the trading procedure on the B2b TP must be submitted with an indication of the rate in rubles in the form of commercial proposal.
The commercial proposal form is given in the Appendix to this commercial request. Applications submitted to the TP B2b-Center without a commercial proposal filled out in the form will not be taken into account.
For new contractors, it is mandatory to attach to the commercial offer:
1. Charter
2. Registration certificate
3. Tax Registration Certificate
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (not older than 30 days)
5. Memorandum of Association (if any)
6. Minutes (extract) of the general meeting on the election of the CEO, Order on assuming office
7. Power of attorney (if the signatory is not the CEO)
8. Annual financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, certificate of acceptance of documents by the tax authority)
