Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Post-payment with a deferred payment of at least 30 (thirty) working days from the date of signing the Certificates of completed works, services rendered.
According to the results of the competitive bidding process, the price is fixed for 12 months.

Requirements for the Bidder:
- work in warehouses of class "A" and with program support, paper invoices.
- guarantee of closing at least 90% of the bid.
- stable condition of the company for a period of at least 2 years, i.e. no losses on the balance sheet.
- the presence of an active database of employees by types of services specified in Appendix No. 1 of at least 100 people (report on the average number of employees for 2022-2023)
- employees are citizens of the Russian Federation, without criminal records and bad habits, age from 18 to 50 years.
- availability of a manager who will supervise the objects.
- weekly reconciliation of volumes and accounts.
- regular operational meetings.


The organizer of the Call for Bidding has the right to refuse to conduct a request for proposals at any stage, without incurring any liability to the Bidders of the Call for Bidding procedure or third parties to whom such action may cause losses.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
