| Payment terms: | Payment for the right to use the software is carried out in a lump sum within 10 (twenty) working days from the date of signing of the transfer of the right to use the software on the current account of the Licensor to the bank account specified in the invoice.
Payment Support Service is made by Licensee within 10 (ten) banking days after signing by the Parties to the provision of technical support services software on the basis of the relevant Licensor accounts. |
