Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Form of payment - bank transfer.
The transfer of rights must be made within five (5) business days from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not later than 12.20.2019. Payments made by the Client within 10 (ten) business days from the date of the Contractor to the Customer of the handover of the rights and invoice TORG-12. Technical level of support base is part of the complex and real-time protection of the module intrusion detection and prevention (for 1 year). Additional payments are not available for technical support.
3. Transfer of the rights to software is carried out via electronic communication channels by sending an email ILupov@skc.ru license certificate or on paper forces courier service at the expense of the Licensee's address: Ul. Big Ordynka d.24 and executed act of acceptance and transfer of rights.
Transfer of software distribution is performed on an electronic optical media (CD or DVD) courier service forces at the expense of the Licensee's address: Ul. Big Ordynka d.24, and issued consignment note TORG-12.
Place of delivery of the activation key technical support services, rights of use of means of information protection Secret Net Studio 8 installation kits: Moscow, Bolshaya Ordynka, 24, a private institution "SCC Rosatom".
4. The warranty periods for provided services (works) is 12 months from the date of signing by the Customer of the Act of Acceptance of rendered services (executed works). The right to use the kit (license) Real-time protection of information security tools Secret Net Studio 8 for 51-250 licenses - indefinitely.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
