Comments:
The license is non-exclusive. The license should allow the use of a system for monitoring and analysis of social media (hereinafter referred to as the System) as part of its functional capabilities, providing:
- The ability to independently configure monitoring topics while tracking - at least 15 (fifteen) topics.
- Total data collection on Customer topics - at least 350,000 messages per month, including deleted topics.
- The ability to set up automatic marking (tagging) of messages by given search words - at least 50 (fifty) tags per topic.
- Ability to customize monitoring topics to track messages from specific sources, authors, or communities.

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
