Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier, within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of services. Delivery to the place of work and return at the expense of special clothing Client Executive and included in the cost of services.
Delivery terms:Dry Cleaning seasonal work clothes - once a year, at the end of the season;
washing clothing in general cases - 1 time in 30 days / under strong pollution 1 once every 10 days.
Specification captures the cost per unit of service, but not on volume.
SAMPLE MONTHLY AMOUNT OVERALLS about 1.5 t. (All positions). ESTIMATED NUMBER OF STAGES services: 1 to 3 monthly.

Comments:
Bidding for the right to enter into an Agreement for the supply of materials according to the procurement positions. Trades are conducted to determine the Supplier with the minimum fixed price until May 2020 inclusive. Provision of services will take place from December 2019. IN MAY 2020. INCLUSIVE! Reflected in the item list of materials is exploratory in nature and serves to fix the price per unit of service. Supplier who submitted the most advantageous offer, in compliance with all conditions of services, will be signed by the specification of fixing the cost per unit of service, but not on volume.
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. By their proposals electronically to participants of this procedure is necessary before the opening of the envelopes attached application form the applicant and documents according to the list simultaneously with the proposal and file as a scanned copy of your quotations, signed by an authorized person and stamped by the participating organization of the procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The cost of services should be unchanged for the duration of the provision of services (written confirmation).

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
