Payment terms:The final settlement for the facility is made by the "Customer" no later than the 25th day following the reporting year, on the basis of the signed Act No. H-A1, the Act of completed works KS-2, the cost of materials, the Certificate of form No. KS-3 and invoices for the cost of the completed works.

Comments:
"Present a calculation of the cost of equipping the facilities with a data transfer channel between the Customer’s facilities and Internet access. The price of the proposed products should be indicated taking into account possible construction, transportation costs, insurance costs, taxes, customs duties, fees and other mandatory payments. The "Contractor" undertakes to provide services according to the terms of reference. In order to increase the degree of responsibility and ensure guarantee obligations, the Contractor is not entitled to involve other persons - co-contractors (subcontractors) in the performance of its obligations under this agreement. "Customer" performs installation work on its own. The cost of the service should be indicated in accordance with Appendix No. 1 of the technical specifications for each of the Customer’s facilities and Appendix No. 2, taking into account attraction for one-time applications. Requirements for the applicant: • Be certified for this type of work and have a valid license;
• Own optical communication channels in the cities indicated in the section "Facilities for the provision of services";
• To exist on the market for at least 10 years, or to be the assignee of a company that has existed for at least the same period;
• To be able to provide active and passive network equipment for rent to the customer (the rental price will be determined separately);
• Have the ability to perform initial configuration of network equipment (network switches), carry out its maintenance and monitoring;
• Have regional representative offices in each of the cities indicated in the table "service delivery facilities"

This bidding procedure is not a tender procedure. The Organizer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the request for price procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Suppliers!
