The company Tele2 RFI procedure for market analysis providers in the regions of the North-West:

To participate in the qualification procedure allowed legal entities, registered on the territory of the Russian Federation.
To participate in the RFI, must submit a package of documents in conformity with the request:

This notice is for informational purposes only, and is not an offer to conclude the contract, as defined in art. 435-437 part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Conducting qualification is not a contest, and it is not governed by articles 447-449 in part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. RFI request this procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061, part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the RFI request Tele2 adequate civil legal liabilities.
Tele2 shall have no obligation to conclude any agreements with organizations, which the above documents.
Potential counterparty providing qualifying Tele2 document package in accordance with this notice, shall be responsible for paying any costs for the preparation of documents.
It is important for us:
1. Acceptance of the contractual terms of Tele2:
- 100% postpay billing within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the taking over certificate of rendered services;
- fixing of prices for the period of validity of the contract;
- penalties for non-performance or poor performance of the services (10% of the backorder amount);
- the penalty for late payment for services (0.1% of the overdue payment amount for each day of delay, but no more than 10% of the overdue payment amount);
- notice of termination of the agreement (the customer 30 calendar days;-for 90 calendar days);
- currency of the contract-the Russian Federation rubles (RUB).
2. the availability of all necessary certificates and licenses to operate in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
