LLC "Prognoz-Serebro" invites you to take part in the procurement procedure for choosing a contractor for the provision of medical examination services.
1. Applications will not be accepted without uploaded documentation: a commercial proposal, a completed calculation of the contract price, an offer card and cost calculation, including all costs.
2. Criteria for choosing the best offer: quality, terms of work, cost, terms of payment, work experience.
3. This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
4. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
5. The attached Agreement is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the winner of the auction.
