Payment terms:Payment is made monthly, in proportion to the cost of the services rendered, at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the first working day of the paid month within 45 calendar days from the moment the Contractor issues the invoice
The cost of replaced components and equipment components, as well as the arrival of a specialist contractor is included in the cost of the service and is not additionally paid.
Pre-stop procedures within the framework of this service are not paid.
Delivery terms:Shares monthly, depending on the number of days in the reporting period on the basis of the Act of work performed and invoice or UPD with mandatory formation of the closing schedule and payments provided as part of the agreement and is an integral part of it.
