The services rendered are formalized by an act of services rendered, which is signed by both parties, on the basis of which an invoice and invoice for payment are issued in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
Payment is made by transferring funds to the Executor's settlement account upon the provision of services within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the act on rendering services for the reporting month, based on the invoice issued by the Contractor and the Invoice. It is allowed to provide the specified documents by facsimile or by e-mail with the attachment of documents in PDF format, with subsequent replacement by the original.
