2. Please issue commercial proposal excluding VAT.
3. Please provide the following documents on the day of submission of commercial proposal:
- Licenses and Certificates;
- Company presentation (PSC);
- Number of licensed employees (staffing table);
- References (reviews) of Clients, letters in the form of a PDF scan with a seal and signature.
