Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Agreement with the terms of payment - 100% postponement of 60 calendar days
Consent to the signing of the standard form of the contract (in the attachment) without any edits on the part of the supplier
Consent to price fixing until 02/29/2024

The period of transfer of prizes to the winners of the promotion: 12/13/2023 – 02/29/2024 inclusive.

Submission of price offers only in ruble currency.

Participation is free.
E-Signature is not required.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
