Comments:
1. This procedure is not a contest or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Russian Civil Code. The buyer has the right to refuse all the received offers without imposing liability.
2. All required documents in accordance with the terms of this procurement documentation and the regulations of the system shall be provided by the participant in a scanned form in a readable format (preferably the format *. pdf).
3. The cost of rendered services should be confirmed by the local estimate calculated on the basis of the TSNB-2001 of the Chelyabinsk region by the base-index method with the use of indices of calculation of the estimated value in the current price level in accordance with Indices approved by the executive authorities of the Chelyabinsk Oblast, which are in force for this period.
4. The remaining and more detailed terms of the request for proposals are contained in the documentation for the request for proposals, which is an integral annex to this notice.
