Comments:
1. More detailed information is provided TOR.
2. Proposals will not be accepted without the uploaded documentation:
- commercial offer;
- filled card offers (pril.№2);
- tariff calculation and additional. costs separately for each type of equipment (pril.№2 TK);
- scanned copies of constituent documents according pril.№3.
3. The criteria for selecting the best offer: availability of necessary documents on the conduct of activities, work experience, quality, timing of work, cost, payment terms.
4. This procedure RFP is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code;
5. This procedure also is not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
6. Attached the Treaty does not constitute a public offer, but the terms of the Agreement will be binding upon the successful bidder.
