Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:All settlements between the Parties under the Agreement are made in Russian rubles. Payment for the Services rendered in the reporting period is made to the Operator's current account within 35 (thirty five) business days based on the following circumstances and documents:
- an act of the rendered Services signed by the Parties;
- invoices drawn up in accordance with the requirements established by the legislation on taxes and fees;
- billed by the Operator.
Delivery terms:In accordance with annexes No. 3 and No. 4 to the procurement documentation.
