Payment terms:
Payment for the services may be carried out by the Customer in any of the below-listed ways:
- by transferring bills to the contractor. Bills shall be transferred under Transfer and Acceptance Certificate. From the moment the bill is transferred, the customer is deemed to have fulfilled his obligation to pay for services.
- By transferring funds to the executor's account within 30 (thirty) banking days after the signing of the Act on performance of works (rendering of services).
Comments: The contractor is obliged to provide the service on its own. Engagement of the third parties is acceptable only upon a prior written consent of the Customer.
Submitting the offer, the Contractor guarantees being a bona fide taxpayer. The Contractor shall, at the Customer's request, provide its tax returns over the previous accounting period certified by a tax authority.
In case no tax returns are submitted or convincing enough to conclude with a reasonable certainty that the Contractor is diligent, the Customer shall have the right to request other documents to confirm its capacity to provide the service on its own, including, but not limited to: an extract from organizational chart with copies of labor contracts of the specialists designated to perform the works attached, information on any of the following owned: office, warehouse, production facilities, equipment/tools/mechanisms, transport facilities.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
Please note, that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on Organizer, and Organizer reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
