In order to form a potential list of participants of Tenders for MR Center and MR South, we invite you to participate in MR Center and MR South and provide the following documentation:
1) participant directory (completed excel file indicating the readiness to participate for each region),
2) Questionnaire (signature, stamp)
3) Consent to the processing of personal data on all persons presented in the Application Form (stamp)
4) NDA (signature, stamp)
5) Statutory documents from the List in the attachment

TK, the form of the contract and the price list will be presented to you during the subsequent stages of the procedure.

This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or terminate the selection procedure
