Comments:
PJSC VimpelCom invites companies to participate in the preliminary qualification of suppliers of equipment and services for the implementation of B2X (B2B, B2G, B2O, B2C) projects for PJSC VimpelCom for 3 years. Project Decos.
To participate in the competition of the Organization it is necessary:
1. Fill in the form of the participant by providing in PDF format (scanned with signature);
2. Fill in annex 1. Participant's details, presenting in Excel format;
3. Fill in annex 2. Financial analysis, presenting in Excel format;
4. Fill in the questionnaire by providing it in Excel format;
5. Prepare individual files in PDF format with the following documents:
- Extract from Egrul dated no earlier than 2018;
- The current version of the Charter with the current changes;
- Power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the Organization;
- Certificate of registration in the tax authority;
- Certificate of entry into the Egrul;
- Accounting balance (for 2016, for 2017) or other documents characterizing financial and economic activity of the Organization please provide for closed periods of the current year, as well as a report at the end of previous periods (maximum 3 years).
- Profit and Loss statement for the last two reporting years
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
The participant must ensure that each scanned document is easily readable;
Each scanned document must be saved to a separate file, and the document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing multiple pages and applications must also be grouped into a single file, for example: The Charter should be scanned not by separate pages, but in one file (PDF format file in black and white format);
Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its contents.
