The company "T2-Mobile" (Tele2 brand) in connection with the planned holding of tenders for the definition of standby contractors for the provision of services for maintenance and ABR of Tele2 Vc network to participate in the procedure pre - qualification (RFI) .$
Only pre-qualified participants will be able to take part in subsequent tenders held for Tele2 MACROREGIONS.
To participate in the qualification, you need to submit the following documents to the EVERY MACROREGION in which you plan to participate:
1) application of qualification requirements (completed file in excel format),
2) participant directory (completed excel file),
3) NDA /non-disclosure agreement (signed and sealed scan, the English-language part is allowed not to be filled in),
4) scanned copies of documents on the List.
All documents must be arranged in the appropriate folders (sample in the archive "Folder structure") and presented as one archive file in each lot (MACROREGION), in which you plan to participate .
The form of the contract and the price list will be presented to you during the subsequent stages of the procedure.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
