1. License of the Ministry of Culture: "Repair and adaptation of objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) of the peoples of the Russian Federation"; (send a scan)
2. Experience (over the last 5 years) of overhaul or reconstruction of OKN with a total area of min. 3500sq.m. in St. Petersburg; (send a certificate in free form)
