This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Contractor sent a request for commercial offers, which (like the ongoing preliminary selection procedure of the Contractor) is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without explanation, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
2. The proposal must be downloaded, after which the documentation will be checked.
3. The participant must submit a proposal in the form of a completed EXCEL Table (in the form in the attachment), a full package of documents (see constituent documents for a legal entity), with a reference list with similar work experience / photographs of the objects.
4. The contract will be concluded with another jur. face.
5. The Organizer / documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and to recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Bidder, does not meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
