Comments: Dear Bidders, Internet Solutions LLC invites you to take part in the preliminary qualification selection of developers for the construction of a universal warehouse with a total area of 85,000 sq.m. in Chelyabinsk. The construction of the facility is carried out by and at the expense of the developer according to the terms of reference of Ozon, with the further transfer of the facility to lease. Launch dates of the facility: 1st stage: Q1-Q2 2026 2nd turn: Q1-Q2 2027 Basic memory requirements: - area of 15 hectares - availability of equipped access roads - possibility of connection to engineering networks Essential criteria for the selection of Bidders are: - experience in the construction of Class A industrial or warehouse buildings with an area of 10,000 sq.m . - reliability and financial stability. The necessary set of documents for participation in the accreditation of Bidders: - NDA (signed and sealed in pdf format). - Organization card (in excel format). - Documents for due diligence (list in the attachment). - Presentation of the company with indication of construction experience. Technical requirements for warehouses are specified in the attached file "General technical description".
