Internet Solutions LLC invites you to take part in the preliminary qualification selection of developers for the design and construction of a rack warehouse of food and non-food products in the Kursk region, with completion of construction, obtaining permission to put the facility into operation, registration of ownership and further leasing of Ozon.
The launch date of the facility is the 2-3 quarter of 2026. The facility will consist of 1 queue with an area of 10,000 m2.
The project can be implemented according to the scenario:
Full-cycle development followed by the long-term lease of the object Ozon.
Bids are accepted exclusively from DEVELOPERS and we are considering ONLY the further lease of the premises built by the developer.
Data on land plots (desired locations, distance from cities, VRI, cost, availability of technical specifications, etc.) will be announced at the main stage of the tender.
An essential criterion for the selection of Bidders for the main stage of the tender for full-cycle development proposals with subsequent lease is:
- experience in the construction and operation of Class A industrial or warehouse buildings with an area of 20,000 sq.m
. - assessment of the reliability and financial stability of the Bidder.
The necessary set of documents for participation in the accreditation of Bidders:
- NDA (signed and sealed in pdf format).
- Contractual counterparty card (in excel format).
- List of documents for DD (color scan).
- Presentation of the company indicating the experience of construction, operation in any form, with the attachment of photo and / or video materials, as well as the address, type and area of the object, specifying the main types of work within the framework of construction.
Indicate whether you have experience in the construction and operation of Class A industrial or warehouse facilities with an area of 20,000 square meters or more.m.
