Comments: Dear Bidders, LLC "Internet Solutions" invites you to take part in the preliminary qualification selection for the construction of a universal warehouse in St. Petersburg, by and at the expense of the developer according to the terms of reference of Ozon, with further leasing. The launch date of the facility is Q1-Q2 2026. Basic memory requirements: - area of 15 hectares - availability of equipped access roads - possibility of connection to engineering networks Essential criteria for the selection of Bidders are: - experience in the construction of Class A industrial or warehouse buildings with an area of 10,000 sq.m . - reliability and financial stability. The necessary set of documents for participation in the accreditation of Bidders: - NDA (signed and sealed in pdf format). - Contractual counterparty card (in excel format). - Documents for DD (list in the attachment). - Presentation of the company with indication of construction experience. Technical requirements for warehouses are specified in the attached file "General technical description".
