Comments: Company "т2-Mobile" (brand Tele2) invites your company to take part in the pre-qualification procedure (RFI).
To participate in the qualification you need to submit the following documents:
1) Declaration of compliance with the qualifying requirements (completed file in Excel format),
2) Participant directory (filled in Excel file format),
3) NDA/Non-disclosure Agreement (signed and sealed scan, English part is allowed not to fill),
4) Scanned copies of documents on the list.
All documents should be decomposed into corresponding folders (the sample in the archive "folder Structure") and presented as a single archive file.
The forms of the contract and the price-list will be presented to you during the next stages of the procedure.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
