This notice is informative in nature and does not constitute an offer to conclude a contract as defined in Article 435-437 of Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The procedure is also not a competition, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447—449 of Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. A potential counterparty providing the qualifying package of Tele2 documents in accordance with this notice shall be responsible for paying any costs incurred in preparing the package of documents.
